A MindStrong community · Launching January 1, 2027
Community. Accountability. Intentional living.
For young adults who want to build healthier habits, follow through on what matters, and find people to grow alongside.
Choose a meaningful goal and a small action you can return to. We’ll bring the themes, check-ins, and community.
Weekly check-ins
Share a win, name a hurdle, and choose your next rep in WhatsApp. Optional crews of 3–5 people offer closer support. Join the conversation at your own pace.
Monthly hangouts
Connect in San Diego over a walk, workout, coffee, or shared activity. A monthly theme gives us something to explore together. Dates and details will be shared with members.
Quarterly resets
In January, April, July, and October, choose or reset one personal goal. Reflect, adjust, and carry useful habits forward across the monthly themes.
Your year, one rep at a time.
Each month: reflect, choose a manageable action, check in weekly, and connect. Close the month by asking what you want to carry forward.
-
Start with habits, intentions, and getting to know the community. Choose one small habit for 30 days at a realistic frequency, set your first quarterly goal, and consider an accountability partner. Your rep: make showing up manageable. Reflection: what would help you return after a missed day?
-
Practice connection, communication, and boundaries. Your rep might be one intentional connection each week, a more honest conversation, or a boundary that protects your time and energy. Reflection: which relationships help you feel supported, and how can you show up for them?
-
Get curious about the thoughts and responses that shape your days. Notice a recurring pattern and practice one helpful next step, such as pausing, writing it down, or asking for support. Reflection: what do you notice, and what would you like to practice differently?
-
Explore movement for energy, strength, and everyday well-being. Choose a realistic routine and a shorter version for busy days. This is also a quarterly goal reset: keep, adjust, or release your current goal. Reflection: what kind of movement fits your life right now?
-
Focus on nourishment, energy, and routines that support your day. Choose one practical rep, such as preparing a simple meal or making time for a regular lunch. Reflection: what helps you feel nourished, and what would make that easier to repeat?
-
Make space for enjoyment, curiosity, and play. Return to something you love or try an activity without needing to be good at it. Your rep: protect a little time for enjoyment. Reflection: what leaves you feeling more like yourself?
Same themes.
Deeper practice.
Each year, we revisit these areas with fresh questions, tools, and perspective. A boundary you practice this year might become a more honest relationship next year.
Your personal goal can continue across topics. Keep what helps, adjust what doesn’t, and return after a setback. That’s how small reps build on one another.
-
Pause for recovery, pacing, and a midyear reset. Choose one rest habit and revisit your intentions with compassion. At this quarterly checkpoint, decide what still matters and what needs to change. Reflection: where could a little more rest support the life you want to build?
-
Notice how your surroundings support or distract you. Choose one manageable change at home, at your workspace, or in your digital environment. Your rep could be clearing a surface or setting a useful phone boundary. Reflection: what would make room for what matters?
-
Explore career, purpose, strengths, and what you want to learn. Choose one next step: a conversation, an application, or dedicated learning time. You do not need the whole path mapped out. Reflection: what small action would help you learn more about your direction?
-
Build awareness of your finances, habits, and priorities. Choose a practical rep, such as a weekly spending check-in or a savings routine. Revisit your personal goal at this quarterly reset. Reflection: how can your everyday choices better reflect what matters to you?
-
Explore meaning, spirituality, faith, and values in a way that fits your beliefs. Your practice might include reflection, prayer, nature, or service. There is room for different perspectives. Reflection: what helps you feel grounded, and how can you make space for it?
-
Reflect on the highs, lows, lessons, and moments of gratitude from the year. Close out the final quarter, celebrate quiet growth, and choose what to carry forward. Reflection: what changed through your small reps, and what intention will you bring into the next year?
Your next rep starts here.
